Welcome to the website of High Altitude Partners LLC ("High Altitude Partners," "we," "us," or "our"), a Colorado limited liability company. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of hapaviation.com (the "Site").
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
These Terms apply to your use of the Site only. Any executive search, recruiting, or consulting services we provide to clients or interactions with candidates in an active search are governed by separate written agreements and communications, not by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.
The Site provides general information about High Altitude Partners, our services, our approach to executive search in the aviation and aerospace industries, including aerospace manufacturing, MRO and maintenance, and aviation services, and related content such as articles, resources, and a contact form. The Site is informational. Submitting a message through the contact form does not create a client, candidate, employment, or agency relationship between you and High Altitude Partners.
When you submit information through our contact form, you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you have the right to share it with us. We will use that information as described in our Privacy Policy. We may follow up with you by email or phone in response to your message.
Please do not submit confidential, sensitive, or proprietary information through the contact form. If we end up working together, we will establish an appropriate channel for exchanging that kind of information.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars ($100).

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless High Altitude Partners and its members, managers, employees, contractors, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another person or entity.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or any part of the Site at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms from time to time. These Terms and any dispute arising out of or related to them or the Site are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. You agree that any legal action or proceeding will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Denver, Colorado, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, for any reason, without notice. The sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and High Altitude Partners regarding your use of the Site.
